Vikas Sharma,
Principal Lawyer
Vikas Sharma earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario in 2017. Before attending law school, he obtained his Honors Sociology and Criminology Degree from the University of Western Ontario.
After completing law school, Vikas had the unique opportunity to article with a mid-sized law firm in London, Ontario. During this time he gained invaluable experience in the fields of real estate, land development, corporate and technology law, wills and estates, and litigation.
Once being called to the bar, Vikas has represented clients in a number of key land development, corporate, and real estate transactions. Vikas has worked with many start-ups and venture funds. Vikas has full coverage over real estate and corporate matters. Vikas is a Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Vikas is actively involved in the London community and actively sits on many community boards. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Sania Rashid,
Associate Lawyer
Sania Rashid earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor in 2020. Before attending law school, she obtained an Honours Criminology and Socio-Legal Studies Degree from the University of Toronto.
After completing law school, Sania articled with a boutique law firm in Toronto, Ontario. During this time, Sania gained a unique experience of working completely remotely during the height of a global pandemic. She primarily worked in insurance defence, fraud investigations, tribunal and superior court of justice appeals, and small claims matters.
Once being called to the bar, Sania has represented clients in real estate transactions, Wills and Estate matters, and reviewing and preparing employment and labour contracts. Sania is a Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Sania serves clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and is fluent in English, Urdu and Hindi.
